we are offering three comprehensive packages to cover all your wedding
requirements and budgets with a mixture of ‘Traditional’
and ‘Reportage Style’ photography and a comprehensive
range of wedding albums for both you and your parents. |
The
Traditional Wedding Package, is ideal for medium
size Church or Civil wedding, and includes taking up to 80 photographs,
both ‘traditional’ and ’reportage style’,
which will be presented to you as full size 8” x 6”
proofs in a pre-view album for you to make your selection of the
40 pictures to be mounted in a ‘Traditional’ Ascot
wedding album.
This package can be upgraded with optional extras to suite your
budget

The De-Lux Wedding Package
includes taking up to 130 photographs, both ‘traditional’
and ’reportage style’, a visit to the Bride’s
home, or hotel prior to the wedding, an evening visit to the reception
for table shots, the speeches and the first dance and includes your
choice of 40 photographs in a ‘Handmade or Leather’
wedding album.
This package can be upgraded to include full On-Line viewing and
ordering on our website for the convenience of your guests |

| The
Complete Package is the similar to the “De-Lux”
package but includes the services of two photographers taking as
many photographs as you wish to give you a complete coverage of
your wedding day. A luxury Wedding Album with 40 larger photographs
10” x 8”, plus a choice of one 20” x 16”
or two 10” x 8” framed photograph for your parents,
together with full On-Line viewing and ordering on our website for
your guests |

for a no obligation visit to your home to discuss your wedding
photography requirements and show you samples of our work

Pre-View
Photographs
For the ‘Traditional Package’ all the photographs will
be presented to you as 8”x 6” full size proofs in a
’Pre-View Album’, which will be normally ready for collection
10 to 12 days after your wedding.
For the ‘De-Lux’ & ‘Complete’ packages
a selection of the 80 ‘Traditional’ photographs will
be presented as full size proofs, the ‘reportage style’
as small ‘Thumbnail’ size reference prints
Your ‘Pre-View Album, can be delivered to you within a 10-mile
radius of Sudbury, or posted to you by R M Special Delivery, (charged
at cost.) The Pre-View Album and pages remains the property of
Russell R Bone Photography and must be returned with your order
for your wedding album, the proofs will be returned to you to keep
with your completed album. |
Copyright
The copyright, negatives and digital images of all photographs taken
remain the property of RUSSELL R. BONE PHOTOGRAPHY, and may not
be copied or reproduced by any photographic, electronic or digital
means whatsoever. The negatives and digital images will kept on
file for a minimum of five years for re-orders by the bride and
groom and family. |
Terms
of Business
A £100.00 deposit is payable on booking. Full payment for
the balance will be required 7 to 10 days prior to the wedding
day. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is not refundable,
and all cancellations must be notified to us in writing. In the
event of a postponement of the wedding the deposit will be held
on your account for six months pending a confirmed date. There
is no mileage charge for weddings within a radius of 10 miles
from Sudbury, outside this area a charge of 45p per mile will
be made to cover additional time and petrol costs incurred, and
is calculated on the total distance covered, less 20 miles
